Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a high-volume role
- fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume restaurant role
- Experience in fast casual dining and catering preferred
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Competence in managing operational goals and financial targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Lead and support the restaurant team by exemplifying service and company values
- Maintain team and guest focus on every shift while demonstrating respect and loyalty to the team
- Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve shared operational goals
- Coach and train teams through company training systems and service standards
- Manage guest engagement by interacting and building positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee catering services coordination and successful event execution
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, comfort, and inviting atmosphere
- Manage shift safety and enforce safety policies consistently
- Support financial objectives related to sales, food cost, labor cost, and expenses
- Attend team meetings and assist in scheduling and weekly manager meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
