Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years in a high-volume restaurant role
  • experience in fast casual restaurant and catering preferred
  • strong organizational leadership skills
  • exceptional communication abilities
  • ability to coach, train, and mentor team members
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • experience working with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • demonstrated problem-solving and independent operation skills

Job Duties

  • Lead through service
  • support and empower the team

  • maintain team and guest focus during each shift
  • partner with managers and team members to achieve common goals
  • coach and lead teams via training systems and policy adherence
  • maintain all Points of Service through delegation and communication

  • coordinate successful catering events
  • meet legal standards for health, safety, and labor
  • oversee restaurant cleanliness and inviting state
  • manage shifts for safety compliance
  • guarantee food and product consistency

  • attend scheduled team meetings
  • prepare schedules and conduct manager meetings
