Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in restaurant or kitchen management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to remain patient and composed under pressure
Passion for coaching and developing team members
Experience with food safety and quality standards
Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently

Job Duties

Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
Handle administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
Ensure food safety, quality and presentation are maintained
Conduct line checks and support peak hours in the kitchen, bar, and dining room
Manage guest issues with professionalism and calmness
Foster a fun yet productive work environment
