Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least three years of recent experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service
  • Food handlers certification
  • Alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service management
  • Proven ability to operate and manage high volume restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety, equipment safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure settings

Job Duties

  • Supports the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensures effective restaurant operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Supports team members in training, development, and recognition efforts
  • Promotes and supports a five-star guest experience
  • Maintains organizational systems and enforces safety and sanitation regulations
  • Drives team performance and fosters a positive work environment
  • Coordinates with other management for smooth restaurant function
