Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
- Review monthly budgets and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to control costs
- Track waste levels and implement waste reduction procedures
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
- Monitor product quality through customer feedback and crew performance
- Take service times and improve efficiency
- Train crew in customer service and courtesy
- Take corrective action to improve service times
- Train crew to solicit customer feedback
- Establish and communicate daily S.O.S. goals
- Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Follow and enforce restaurant cleaning plans
- Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and position skills
- Assist General Manager in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for shift coverage
- Recognize and report high-performing crewmembers
- Follow flowcharts to meet prep and production goals
- Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
- Follow restaurant priorities and plans
- Ensure standards and procedures compliance during shifts
- Manage shifts to achieve Q.S.C. level of 80% or better
- Take appropriate action when problems arise
- Follow Operations manual procedures
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow cash control policies
- Report accidents promptly
- Resolve issues indicated by Health Department inspectors
- Manage shifts using established guidelines
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Write crew schedules to meet plans and objectives
- Comply with company standards for crew benefits
- Follow Preventative Maintenance Program
- Monitor and train crew to maintain equipment
