Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
- proven leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Current salaried management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant preferred
- strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- proven ability to lead and develop teams
- knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to execution
- stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression
Job Duties
- Lead department-level restaurant operations
- demonstrate leadership grounded in the principles and promises of the Bahama Breeze Way
- enable team to consistently provide a Caribbean escape to guests
- drive balanced results through systems, methods, and procedures
- achieve sustained growth in sales and profits
- develop personal, people, business, and results leadership
- collaborate with General Manager to uphold restaurant standards
