Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Capability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Capability to reach, handle, bend, stoop
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock and register areas

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or discipline
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Create a friendly, hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties when necessary
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- Promote sales through suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues with 100% satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash following security procedures and review financial reports
- Manage food costs through recipe adherence and inventory control
- Control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Perform all other assigned duties
