Job Duties
- Perform opening, mid-day, and closing duties
- conduct daily team briefings
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
- coordinate local restaurant marketing and community activities
- facilitate continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- recommend team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with team member relations investigations
- ensure food safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- receive and prepare food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventory and assess ordering patterns
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train and develop team members for gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
