- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage inventory and ordering
- excellent communication skills
