- minimum of three years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Job Duties
- monitor and supervise daily dining room and restaurant operations
- ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
- work in conjunction with other department managers
- enforce employee appearance, attendance, punctuality, service standards, and job duties
- hold regular department meetings
- drive employee engagement and retention
- be present on the floor during meal service
