Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lead with care and maintain a team-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • Ensure smooth kitchen flow and optimal service during busy shifts
  • Uphold company standards for quality and hospitality
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet sales and performance goals
