Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
- Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lead with care and maintain a team-focused environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Ensure smooth kitchen flow and optimal service during busy shifts
- Uphold company standards for quality and hospitality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with leadership to meet sales and performance goals
