Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a manager including profit and loss responsibility
  • experience with POS management systems
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • experience with POS management systems
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of guest service
  • oversee and train staff to maintain performance standards
  • handle profit and loss responsibilities including budgeting and cost control
  • utilize POS management systems for sales tracking and inventory control
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coordinate scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency
  • foster a positive work environment and uphold company culture
