Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a manager including profit and loss responsibility
- experience with POS management systems
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation

- high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of guest service
- oversee and train staff to maintain performance standards
- handle profit and loss responsibilities including budgeting and cost control
- utilize POS management systems for sales tracking and inventory control
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency
- foster a positive work environment and uphold company culture
