Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment
  • reliable transportation
  • flexible schedule
  • able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • willing to perform job motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • age 18 or higher per applicable law

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment
  • previously held management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
  • exceptional time management skills

Job Duties

  • maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation
  • support brand consistency and implement the store strategy and action plan
  • motivate team to complete the sales process
  • ensure customer satisfaction
  • comply with company procedures
  • maximize productivity and profitability
  • hire, train, and monitor the development of staff
