Job Duties
- perform open/mid-day/closing duties
- conduct daily briefings
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- manage restaurant risk review audit process
- manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education program
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- make recommendations on team member development, promotion, and discipline
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with team member relations and management in investigations
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train and develop team to provide gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
