Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • previous fast paced restaurant experience of 1-3 years
  • strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to supervise, train and motivate team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
  • high school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Lead by example
  • work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
  • supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
  • develop the restaurant team to create an environment where employees are recognized and rewarded
  • ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously
  • resolve customer complaints
  • take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs
  • count cash on hand at shift change and closing
  • assure that safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
