Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- previous fast paced restaurant experience of 1-3 years
- strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills
- ability to supervise, train and motivate team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
- high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- reliable transportation

- 1-3 years of managerial experience

Job Duties
- Lead by example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
- develop the restaurant team to create an environment where employees are recognized and rewarded
- ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously
- resolve customer complaints
- take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs
- count cash on hand at shift change and closing
- assure that safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
