Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in managing food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food per established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce appropriate restaurant security measures to maintain safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
