Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Lead and develop restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and care for employees and customers
  • Drive business results through effective leadership and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and health regulations
  • Collaborate with home office support to resolve operational challenges
  • Promote a positive work environment and team culture
