Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in managing restaurant operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in training and developing team members
  • Support inventory management and ordering processes
