Job Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Support inventory management and ordering processes
