Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of serving alcohol in accordance with state age requirements for manager positions if applicable
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects and tools
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Adequate vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register areas
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Knowledge of excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees

- Meeting and greeting guests
- Investigating and resolving food quality/service issues
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, proper cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reviews
- Controlling food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Carrying out all other assigned duties
