Job Requirements

  • full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to give effective feedback
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of ordering and inventory procedures
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead and manage a team of restaurant employees to ensure excellent service
  • provide coaching and feedback to develop team members
  • oversee restaurant operations including ordering and inventory management
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • manage scheduling and labor costs
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • foster positive relationships with guests and staff
