Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years of hospitality related experience
- at least 3 years of restaurant manager or leadership experience
- current food handler’s card and any other certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- strong knowledge of food and beverage menu including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to communicate operational information clearly
- proficiency with computers, including use of Windows and Microsoft Office, point of sale systems, and Outlook email
- high school diploma or GED
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create a relaxed destination by developing and streamlining restaurant processes in partnership with the general manager while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures
- set the course by hiring and mentoring the best and brightest, assisting employees with career development strategies to understand tommy bahama values and maintain culture
- build the perfect oasis by implementing strategies and facilitating learning and training programs to promote sales, service success, and internal career growth
- support your crew by assisting employees with career development strategies to improve retention and build bench strength
- be proactive in paradise by seeking out marketing opportunities within the community and partnering with retail to leverage the retail/restaurant relationship during events
