- Experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments
- Ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences emphasizing country hospitality
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead operational focus while supporting team members through busy shifts
- Inspire and motivate team to uphold company values and service standards
