Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments
  • Ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and operational processes
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences emphasizing country hospitality
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead operational focus while supporting team members through busy shifts
  • Inspire and motivate team to uphold company values and service standards
