- Must have at least 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
- Ability to provide effective coaching and team development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to master every restaurant position before training others
- Ability to build rapport with guests and team members
- Humble attitude with eagerness to learn
- Experience managing a large team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfort and skill in kitchen operations and inventory management

- Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations
- Maintain organizational focus on deadlines and business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and employees
- Master all restaurant positions to support and mentor staff
