Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Ability to work a 50-55 hour week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to perform job duties of every position
  • Licensed to drive and have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Respect for diversity and ability to promote a harassment-free workplace
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high stress situations
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and understand operating costs
  • Willingness to work required 50-55 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and evenings

  • Ability to travel periodically including overnight and airline travel
  • Licensed to operate an automobile without restrictions
  • Reliable transportation available

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations according to company standards
  • Provide guests with excellent dining experiences and address complaints promptly
  • Collaborate with General Manager on employee hiring, training, and retention
  • Manage staffing levels and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with brand standards
  • Assist in interpreting financial and operational reports to identify improvement areas
  • Support local marketing efforts to drive sales, guest count, and profitability
  • Ensure safety and security procedures protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations
  • Address and resolve operational, guest, and employee issues effectively
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment among staff
