Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work daytime shifts including holidays and weekends
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts off
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to participate in comprehensive training programs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
