Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years management experience in full-service casual dining
Availability to work multiple locations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Willingness to participate actively in daily operations

Job Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience managing in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment
Proven leadership skills
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
Experience with operational management and financial performance
Capability to manage multiple locations as required

Job Duties

Oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations
Achieve sales and profit targets
Maintain high food quality standards
Set the tone for each shift and lead the team
Coach, mentor, and train staff
Ensure adherence to company standards of excellence
Manage and coordinate activities across multiple locations
