Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with inventory management and operational oversight
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage restaurant inventory and supplies
  • maintain operational standards for health, safety, and quality
  • handle scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • stay calm and lead the team effectively during busy periods
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
