Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- manage restaurant inventory and supplies
- maintain operational standards for health, safety, and quality
- handle scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- stay calm and lead the team effectively during busy periods
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
