Job Duties
- Start an 8-week self-directed training program learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
- Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
- Lead, train, and mentor staff
- Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
- Hire and develop team members
- Support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
- Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant's success
