Job Duties

  • Complete an 8-week self-directed training program learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
  • Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Support daily operations while maintaining high standards of service
  • Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure restaurant success
