Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • basic math skills
  • willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • licensed to operate a vehicle without hours restrictions
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to multitask and handle high stress
  • ability to interpret financial reports
  • availability for periodic overnight travel
