- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- availability to work flexible shifts and weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct day-to-day work
- appraise employee performance and manage rewards and discipline
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- implement corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- champion sales activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and staff
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control and security procedures
- control food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- manage labor costs and scheduling using company tools
- perform other duties as assigned
