Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • willingness to work up to 50 hours per week
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure high service standards
  • manage team members by providing coaching, training, and motivation
  • oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency
  • maintain compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ensure financial performance goals are met including budgeting and cost control
  • implement company policies and procedures consistently
