Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Availability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach with hands
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to use close, distance, peripheral, and color vision
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Modeling professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Occasionally assisting team members with category job duties
- Assisting with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Investigating and resolving food quality and service issues
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes compliance
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities for quality and cleanliness
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control procedures
- Controlling food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Performing all other duties as assigned
