Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven and flexible
  • Able to problem-solve and execute plans
  • Able to complete company training programs

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action
  • Direct crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • Complete other duties as assigned
