Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts and weekends
  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficiency in managing cost controls and budgets
  • Capability to enforce safety regulations and policies
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hands for handling and controls

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • Assigning and directing work
  • Appraising performance
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
  • Modeling professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • Assisting team members with job duties as needed
  • Building store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meeting and greeting guests and resolving food quality and service issues
  • Maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Monitoring quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Controlling day-to-day operations including cash security procedures and financial review
  • Controlling food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling management
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
