Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in restaurant or related hospitality management
- Ability to lead and train a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience managing large teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills and focus on results
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members with effective feedback

- Control inventory and manage ordering processes
