Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead and mentor restaurant staff to enhance guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Implement business plans and drive sales performance
  • Collaborate with home office support for operational excellence
