Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Implement systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent restaurant execution
