- Assisting in achieving sales goals by staffing properly
- Increasing customer counts and maximizing check averages
- Supporting marketing promotions and executing campaigns
- Maintaining staffing levels relative to sales
- Complying with labor laws and safety standards
- Managing inventory to reduce waste and prevent theft
- Performing cash audits and enforcing cash handling procedures
- Managing vendors and controlling repair and maintenance costs
