Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years experience in QSR industry / full service concept
- ServSafe certified
- fluent in English
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent analytical, problem solving, and math skills
- ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure
- proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance is required
- ability to drive/travel to restaurant locations within assigned area including some overnight travel
Job Qualifications
- experience in QSR or full service restaurant management
- knowledge of labor laws and inventory management
- leadership and team development skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in cash handling and auditing procedures
- ability to manage vendor relationships
- commitment to safety, health, and quality standards
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
