Job Requirements

  • Completed at least high school education
  • At least 2 years experience as a team leader in charge of service or product quality standards in food or retail industry or equivalent
  • High energy level and ability to work varied schedules including holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, fast learner, and adaptable
  • Computer proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a team leader in service or product quality standards within the food or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner, and adaptable
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving food, service, cleanliness standards target achievement
  • Support sales target achievement
  • Ensure profit target achievement
  • Lead and manage people including learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining, and maintaining high team morale and engagement
  • Oversee store operations administration including adherence to operating systems and standards, compliance with legal requirements, financial analysis, business planning, and management reporting
