Job Requirements
- Completed at least high school education
- At least 2 years experience as a team leader in charge of service or product quality standards in food or retail industry or equivalent
- High energy level and ability to work varied schedules including holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, fast learner, and adaptable
- Computer proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a team leader in service or product quality standards within the food or retail industry

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving food, service, cleanliness standards target achievement
- Support sales target achievement
- Ensure profit target achievement
- Lead and manage people including learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining, and maintaining high team morale and engagement
- Oversee store operations administration including adherence to operating systems and standards, compliance with legal requirements, financial analysis, business planning, and management reporting
