Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work a five-day schedule with up to 50 hours weekly
- Willingness to perform closing shifts up to three times per week
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to participate in an eight-week management training program
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain excellent service standards
- Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory control and ordering to optimize costs and reduce waste
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and operational goals
- Coordinate with the corporate team for training, payroll, and scheduling
