Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven restaurant management experience of 2-5+ years
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver's license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • oversee front and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure high-quality guest experience and customer service
  • maintain food safety and operational standards
  • lead by example and promote a positive work environment
  • handle scheduling, budgeting, and operational reporting
