- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- availability for five 10-hour shifts weekly

Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proven ability to manage operations and staff effectively
- ability to perform well under pressure
- knowledge of inventory and scheduling management
Job Duties
