Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • availability for five 10-hour shifts weekly
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience managing a full-service restaurant
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • commitment to hospitality and team collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proven ability to manage operations and staff effectively
  • ability to perform well under pressure
  • knowledge of inventory and scheduling management

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant team members
  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
