Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- able to recognize problems, set goals, execute, and convert plans into actions
- physically able to handle fast-paced work environment including walking, standing, lifting, and bending
- self-driven and flexible
- strong communication skills
- able to work effectively independently and with a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly
- capable of working independently and collaboratively
- knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- detail-oriented and organized
- flexible and highly energetic
- able to work various shifts and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during shifts
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting operational and safety standards
- use required tools and logs to support shift execution and document results
- direct crew members during shifts
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crew members
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure restaurant cleanliness and good working order
- complete other assigned duties
