Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to complete 8-week self-directed training
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to relocate nationwide
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Start with an 8-week self-directed training program learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
- Receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
- Lead train and mentor staff
- Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
- Hire and develop team members
- Support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
- Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with management team to ensure restaurant success
