Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
current salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
strong leadership skills
passion for culinary excellence and guest service
knowledge of restaurant operations and processes
stable job history
ability to work no more than 50 hours per week with two days off
