Job Requirements

  • leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
  • ability to handle cash, employee checkouts, and bank deposits accurately
  • successful completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • ability to attend and comply with all required training and certifications including food and alcohol service
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • willingness to uphold policies on discrimination, harassment, fraternization, and drug and alcohol abuse

Job Qualifications

  • leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
  • effective English communication skills
  • knowledge of local and state regulations for food and alcohol service
  • ability to motivate and manage a team
  • experience with performance based scheduling
  • understanding of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
  • uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
  • ensure alcohol is served responsibly and lawfully
  • drive sales through operations, marketing and recruiting
  • hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety and sanitation
  • responsibly handle cash including drawers, employee checkouts, and bank deposits
  • manage issues of discrimination or harassment according to policy
  • maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation and poor work performance
  • coach and counsel effectively
  • motivate and coach all team members including kitchen and wait staff
  • recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls per Audition Guidelines
  • enforce Steps of Service and motivate P.E.A.K.S. service
  • uphold Image and Costume Guidelines
  • maintain updated training schedules and materials
  • execute training and development programs
  • manage Performance Based Scheduling
  • practice sound inventory control
  • dress and act professionally
