Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalence
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in associate manager role or 2 years relevant assistant manager experience
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Capability to lift and carry 10-65 pounds
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in basic math and computer usage
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • Must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license insurance and access to personal vehicle
  • Proficient with personal computers and related software applications

Job Duties

  • Recruit selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are fully implemented
  • Ensure execution of the Service Profit Chain and maintain an employee-friendly environment
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain brand standards for cleanliness maintenance and service
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and implement action plans
  • Use data to improve sales profitability and control costs
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and food safety requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
