Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of P&L and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles

  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant's profitability and P&L
  • Drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Manage guest experience including handling guest feedback and resolving issues
  • Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding of team members
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members and managers
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
